This is my blog for my Self Directed Project. Within this project I will be doing both a 19th Century Cutting on the Stand Project and a National Theate Project. Please see my Home Page for more information on the project.
I sewed each piece together using the required thickness of piping stated in the Arnold, J. (2009) book who stated what measurement the piping was on the original design. I believe that piping is a really beautiful way of finishing off a garment.
